My Story

Her love of art would continue to grow and develop into her own technique, but it doesn't stop there as she is constantly trying to learn new styles to add to her repertoire.

Starting a family early on in life Anna chose to put her future career aside to start a big family. With each child her love of art never stopped but grew a stronger desire. She never truly believed herself to be an artist, until one day her artwork was viewed by a prominent artist and he spoke with her and affirmed that she truly was an artist. At that point, she new she had to step out in faith and begin the career that she always desired.

In 2018 she began her illustrating career and found herself illustrating books for other authors. As this developed she became inspired to step out in faith again to not only illustrate, but also write her first book. Writing it all down her excitement grew that it was becoming a reality. With the birth of her last baby it caused the book to be delayed a while longer. It wasn't till midnight feedings with the baby that she found the time to begin refining her book into what she truly saw as a worthy piece of literature.

Reading about Charlotte Bronte's life, she was able to gather the courage to explore having it published. With the help and encouragement of her family and friends she was able to get the book published. She now realizes the joy that her dreams have brought her and looks forward to many more books and illustration to come. She is preparing to start a new childrens book series with her husband.
